Khan is a British professional boxer. King is World champion boxer who won WBA(Super), WBA and IBF Light Welterweight titles.

- Amir Khan began boxing competitively at the age of 11 when he was in school.
- Khan won three titles in school. ( Gold Medal (2003 Junior Olympics )) .
- King won a gold medal at the European Student Championships in Lithuania (2004) .
- Khan qualified for the Summer Olympics (2004) by winning AIBA European 2004 Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
- Khan beat Kristjansen in the seventh round of a WBO lightweight title eliminator ( 5 April 2008 ).
- At the MEN Arena in Manchester, England, Khan defeated Barrera, by a technical decision ( 14 March 2009 ).
